Unfortunately I think the second myth is working hard on becoming reality whereas not many people seem to care about the third one.Well done.

There is a lot of End Times mythology throughout history.We shouldn't forget, as our leaders seem to have that we are all equal under the bomb.
These brief lines remind me of how little it takes to motivate armies.
Do some still believe, still holding onto the edges?
the only way to win is not to play... a line from an the old movie, War Games, that immediately came to mind.
Ah, yes, I always forget about that "other" meaning for the word "myth," which you explore very pointedly here. (I.e, I tend to think of "myth"/mythology as deep truth, as opposed to falsehood.)
